About Michael Inwood

Timing is everything – especially when it comes to real estate. Throw in the process of buying or selling a home and it can feel a bit overwhelming. I understand the importance of good timing and have the experience and expertise to make the most of every minute.

Growing up, I was, and still am, an avid athlete. I always wanted to have the ball in my hands during the last dying seconds to make the toughest, most rewarding decisions while closing out the game. I gained my competitive edge playing sports and still carry that dynamic energy and driven personality into every part of my life.

In real estate, it means having a competitive spirit with a drive and dedication that goes far beyond the sports field. I know what it means to work as part of a team to successfully achieve a goal. Whether you’re a seller looking to make the highest profit and close within a month, or a buyer trying to get the ultimate deal, I’ll always get you the results you want with the best possible terms.

I was born in Russia but consider Bloor West Village my hometown. It’s where I was raised. I grew up shadowing my real estate agent mother, Tanya Sidorova, who taught me the ins and outs of the industry and the importance of building quality relationships with clients. After receiving a Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Guelph, I pursued what I consider to be my true calling: real estate.

My rich family history in the industry and personal knowledge of the area gives me a fresh approach to the neighbourhood and its real estate.

I enjoyed playing baseball when I was younger and now I sponsor the High Park Little League. It’s just one the ways I give back to the community. I know what it means to invest in the local community. I’ve always been a friendly face in the neighbourhood, whether I’m dining at one of the many restaurants on Bloor Street West, or in High Park.
